I did this diet for 1 cycle a year ago and lost 7.8lbs. I would have lost more but i still found myself hungry, so now I am going to try the Beyond Calories. It is a good thing i saved my PDF file on my pc for the other version because now i can not find it when I log in. Has this been updated since it came out?
Anyway, I did the 9 lbs in 11 days and lost weight. Then a co-worker told me about weight watchers, soooo, i decided to shut her up and try it. We had our meetings right at work on fridays and It was ok. i lost a few more lbs on that over a 3 month period, but no where as near what I lost i just 10 days on the FL4I plan. I still have the info for the weight watchers but I prefer this diet and will go back onto it. To tell you the truth, they did not tell me anything or show me anything that I already didn't know. It was a waste of my time. Eat whole grains along with your daily fruit and vegetables along with the appropriatte water intake and WAHLA! i was averaging 2-3 lbs then I stayed the same during the last 2-3 weeks. They say you need to find what works for you and that everyone is different. I found what works for me and need to get back onto it. Here I come! i just have to refresh my memory with all the can and can not's of the diet. The hardest for me will be starting again and perhaps i can get my room mate to do this with me so it is easier in the long run. I plan on coming here A LOT, so deal with it. HAHA! *wink
