Hi

I have just started fat loss 4 idiots and have been doing really well, on day 8 today - Veg day and couldn't hack it and really over indulged on some chocolate! I feel so bad for it now and can't believe I have been so weak! I just couldn't get full up on the veg and really craved something else.

What do I do now? Does anyone know? I mean do I just continue up to day 11 then have 3 cheat days then back on the diet again or shall I not have any cheat days now?

Will this really effect my weight loss, I had lost 5lbs in the 8 days and I'm scared I've ruined everything now and will have to start again!

Any help will be most appreciated! And if anyone has any suggestions on how to get through the veg day i.e. like nice recipes, etc and how not to get hungry or crave other foods on this day i will really appreciate that too. I have found the diet quite easy on all of the other days.

Hi Kay,

I'm not the best person to reply as I haven't stuck to the diet very well myself, but I would continue on the plan as scheduled. You might loose a bit of momentum, but don't give up and it will work. Also do a search on this forum as I think that many of us have run into the same issue.
