Hi guys and gals,

I wanted to start this subforum on weight loss tips. Here is my first:

Don't compare yourself to other people. I know it's hard and you'll see people on this forum who lose 8 pounds on each 11 days cycle with Fat Loss 4 idiots but don't get despaired if you lose a little less.

The main thing is losing weight at all, not how much you do. Make sure to keep your eyes focused on your own goal and you'll do fine.

Thanks John. I'll keep that in mind. I think the main thing is losing weight at all, the exact amount is less important right now. Sure I want to loose as much as possible, but as long as I'm on the right way, that's what counts

i've set a personal goal and will not derail.
ImageWant to lose 50 lbs. and gain optimum health :)
